Win Win Saturation 1.4.0 in Focus view

Starting the free trial

  1. Install the plugin

See the installation guide. The trial and the paid version are the same download. There is no separate demo build to replace later.

  2. Open it in your DAW

It shows an activation screen instead of the interface. Choose Activate online to open the activation page in your browser.

  3. Sign in, or make an account

Sign in when the activation page asks. You can create an account there if you do not have one.

  4. Press “Start the free trial”

You will see it confirm, and the plugin picks it up on its own. 14 days, every feature, from that moment. Go back to your DAW.

Trial eligibility is checked during activation. Reinstalling does not extend an existing trial. Full terms are in the Trial Policy.

Activating a licence you bought

  1. Open the plugin and choose “Activate online”

If your trial has ended, this is the button on the locked screen.

  2. Sign in on the site if you are not already

Use the address you bought with. If nothing shows up, that is nearly always the reason. Check which address the receipt went to.

  3. Press “Activate this device”

Complete activation, then return to your DAW.

You never need to reinstall. Buying unlocks the copy you were already trialling, in place, with settings, presets and open sessions untouched. If you bought mid-session, reopen the plugin window and it picks the licence up without restarting the DAW.

Two computers

Each licence covers 2 computers. A studio machine and a laptop is the usual pair, and both can be in use at once. Your account page lists every computer you have activated.

Moving to a new computer

Open your account page, find the old machine, and press Deactivate. That frees the seat immediately. Do it before you wipe the old computer if you can, though it works just as well afterwards, because deactivation happens here rather than on the machine.

Deleting the plugin files does not free a seat. Deactivating on your account page is what does.

“Activation limit reached”

You have two computers registered and this is a third. Deactivate one on your account page.

If you cannot deactivate an old computer, email support@neap.cloud from the address you bought with. Activation resets are free.

Working offline

Win Win 1.4.0 requires an internet connection for online activation. The licence is then cached locally and checked in the background when a connection is available.

An online activation can run offline for up to seven days after its last successful licence check. Trial licences also stop at their expiry date. Reconnect to refresh the licence before continuing. For a studio without internet access, contact support@neap.cloud.

Use the password reset. If the email address itself is gone, such as an old work address or a closed provider, write from any address with your order number or roughly when you bought, and we will match it up and move the licence across.
