What the trial is

The trial includes every feature of the plugin for 14 days, with no restrictions on saving presets or projects.

You can use it on real work during the trial, including paid client work. What you make with it is yours to keep, whether or not you buy.

What it costs

Nothing. No payment details are required and nothing is charged when it expires. There is no subscription to cancel.

What starting one requires

• Install the plugin from Downloads and complete activation in the browser. Downloading does not require sign-in.

Trial eligibility

Eligibility is checked during activation. Reinstalling the plugin does not extend an existing trial. If you need more time to evaluate it, email support@neap.cloud.

What we collect during a trial

Account and device information is used to activate the trial. Audio and project data are not sent to the licensing service. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.

When it expires

• Your settings are preserved. Presets, saved state, and plugin instances inside existing projects are untouched.
• Sessions still open. A project with the plugin on a bus will load, and the plugin will still be there.
• The plugin mutes its output and shows an activation screen when the trial expires.
• Buying unlocks the same installation. Activate a licence in the installed plugin to resume processing with your saved settings.

The trial does not renew automatically. No payment is taken when it expires.
